Rutger Hauer was in the movie, Buffy the Vampire Slayer—which is a fantastically early 90’s movie worth a watch! Includes Kristy Swanson, Paul Rueben, Donald Sutherland, Luke Perry and Hillary Swank! Would love to see you both react to it!

The Dark Knight trilogy is one of my all time favourites but yes, Batman Begins is definitely the weakest of the trilogy. I can’t wait to see you guys react to the Dark Knight!

Shoot her 😂😂 loved this reaction !! Glad you guys enjoyed, I loved that we got all the DIY Batman stuff and it just feels like a Batman movie. I can see what Marc is saying, it is definitely a slow burn and a set up movie, I think he will enjoy the second one much more. Batman is my favourite comic character as you know 😂 Bale was my Batman for a long time but the love of Rob took over, and for me nothing can rob it, MK in Batman Returns is good, for me my top 3 Batman movies are
    The Batman 2022
    The Dark Knight
    Batman Returns

Y'all mentioned that he's so buffed (and worked out for this movie), his previous movie was ''The Machinist'', you can't believe your eyes, if you see his (physical!) performance, even Christopher Nolan thought, how he's goin' to make that in time, to play Batman! Btw, love Gary Oldman (one of my favorite actors of all time) and Rutger Hauer (our Dutch pride!), and true, Michael Caine is always amazing!

This Batman trilogy is amazing in my humble opinion. Of course Micheal Keaton is my Batman but Christian Bale quickly won me over. I admit though I am a fan of C.B….have been foe decades!

There's four Batman villians in this movie, though one is a cameo. Ra's Al Ghul, Scarecrow, Carmine Falcone and Victor Zsasz (cameo). Most superhero movies that try to incorporate more then two villians don't do a great job building them up. Think Spiderman 3.

I've seen this one many times, but for whatever reason it just doesn't stick with me. I remember a few scenes here and there, but otherwise it's always like watching it for the first time. I do enjoy the other two in this series though. Christian Bale is my 2nd favorite batman after Ben Affleck (I'm THAT girl lol). Your reactions to young Joffery were brilliant!

Thanks for reacting to this. This movie includes at least six Oscar winners, including Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Ken Watanabe, and Tom Wilkinson. Rutger Hauer and Liam Neeson have also been nominated for awards.

Rutger Hauer was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie. he was the lead vampire. The tv show's first season is a soft reboot (like you could assume that the movie happened or this is the movie happening)

Here's a Spoiler Alert for the next Batman movie, "The Dark Knight". There is no Katie Holmes, she is replaced, but I won't say by whom. Hint, it's a female. And, i do want Batman's Tumbler vehicle, it is Bad Ass.

This trilogy did something a lot these comic book movies don't do, especially Batman, and that's grounded it in reality. I think that's one thing that made it very popular. Like Ra's al-Ghul, who in comics, has the ability and knowledge to be genuinely immortal.

Oh yes, please please PLEASE do the trilogy, and then more DC like the DCEU (Man of Steel with Henry Cavill as Superman, Batman Vs Superman Ultimate Edition with Ben Affleck as Batman, Wonder Woman, Zack Synder's Justice League, Aquaman), then The Batman.

As usual, a fun reaction. Christian is my favorite Batman. If you haven't seen him in American Psycho you should check it out. Also, if ya ever wanna start a new series you might consider Gotham. It was a tv series about young Bruce Wayne and is filled with tons of campy villains. I luv it.. Also Val Kilmer has the best Batman lips!! 😏

I grew up reading Batman (and pretty much every other DC/Marvel) comics back in the 60s and I've never been a big fan of the Batman films. Nice to get a synopsis of this one from you two. Cillian Murphy plays Tommy Shelby in the Peaky Blinders BBC series – which you should also view/review. Marc – I love the shirt – I used to have one for my name.
